NEWS:

Still deciding what you want for the holidays? Look no more!

For those who missed the live broadcast of GLAY's "GREAT VACATION" at Nissan Stadium back in August (I know I did. Had to do this little thing called a "wedding"), now is your chance to own the DVD and watch it at your leisure. The DVD will come in two versions.

Version A will have part of the show on August 15th and the whole show of August 16th.

Version B will have the full show of both days.

The DVD will be released on January 27, 2010.

GLAY's "GREAT VACATION" arena tour will be starting soon. Will you be there? They will start at Marine Messe in Fukuoka and finish with a 2-day countdown live at Makuhari Messe once more. M-ON TV will be broadcasting this show live. GLAY will be performing in other famous places in this tour, like Nippon Budokan and Osaka-jo Hall. In Teru's blog, he said they have already begun rehearsals for the show.

NEWS:

GLAY is coming back to the US for the second time on September 9, 11 and 12 2009. The location will be in California like before, and venues will be the same, at The Fillmore in San Fransisco and the House of Blues in Los Angeles.

NEWS:
Continuing their 15th anniversary celebration is their 41st single release coming in May 25th. The single is called "I am xxx." It will come in two versions, a CD only and a CD/DVD Dream Box version. For those who got the limited edition to "SAY YOUR DREAM," that is the "Dream Box" version.

The CD/DVD version will include:
1. I am xxx
2. I am xxx (Instrumental)
3. "Album Flash" (Tentative)

DVD coverage includes clips from the member produced lives.
Cost: 1500 yen.

NEWS:
A much needed GLAY update is happening now!

GLAY's latest single, "SAY YOUR DREAM," ranked #2 on ORICON. Congratulations!
I hope you all checked out the PV to this song. It is great and will stir much feelings inside you.

Now, 2009 will be full of events for GLAY, starting with separate member produced lives in April. It's been awhile since they all have done something like this and they're a little anxious and nervous about it (especially Teru). Each of their lives will have a theme.

The schedule goes as following:
TAKURO:
April 8th and 9th, at Tokyo NHK Hall. People who have been HAPPY SWING members for 10+ years only.
Price: 7,350 yen per ticket.

TERU:
April 13th at Tokyo Shinkiba STUDIO COAST.
Men Only
Price: 6,300 yen per ticket (500 yen drink deposit).

JIRO:
April 15th at Osaka Kosei Nenkin Kaikan Dai Hall.
Couples only.
Price: 14,700 yen per couple. (Roughly, 7,350 yen per person).

HISASHI will be doing a special project. Details will be posted on their OHP soon.

They will be doing a hall tour in June. Dates and locations have yet to be posted.

On August 15th and 16th, they will be performing at Yokohama's Nissan Stadium. The concept for the 15th is "ROCK" and the 16th is "LOVE" for the concerts. This concert is a collaboration with Tsutaya Records.

Following August stadium concert will be an arena tour in November.

NEWS:

GLAY's "Come Together" Live ended very well. They played for four long hours after they counted down the end of 2008.

At the end of the show, they showed a video, announcing their arena and nationwide tour, along with a men's only live (GLAY did a "MEN'S NIGHT" show back in the day).

Now onto the new single.

On GLAY's 15th anniversary site ([link]), they posted information up regarding a new release in March. The single is titled "SAY YOUR DREAM" with the coupling song, "春までは" (Haru Made Wa= "Until Spring"). The official date is not released yet. Do check back once GLAY updates with more.

May 2009 prosper with GLAY in your hearts!
